The KQ-AGV01 cleanroom intelligent inspection robot is a new generation of products independently developed by our company. This product realizes robot map creation and motion navigation through SLAM technology, enabling it to independently complete inspection tasks. At the same time, it is equipped with high-precision sensors that can real-time detect environmental parameters in the cleanroom, such as airborne particles, temperature, and humidity.
The KQ-AGV01 processes and analyzes the detected data through a built-in algorithm, promptly identifies abnormal situations, and provides data support for the optimized management of the cleanroom. Operators can remotely control the robot via mobile phone or computer, which greatly improves the inspection frequency and efficiency, avoids pollution risks caused by manual detection, and reduces the company's operating costs.

4. Scheduled Tasks: Can independently set scheduled tasks, including sampling points, sampling data, sampling times, and sampling frequency; the robot will automatically perform the tasks and upload data.
5. Data Analysis: Processes and analyzes the detected data through a built-in algorithm, promptly identifies abnormal situations, and provides data support for the optimized management of the cleanroom.
6. Remote Control: Operators can remotely control the robot via mobile phone or computer to conveniently and quickly complete inspection tasks.
7. Alarm Push: When the detected data is substandard, abnormal information is immediately pushed to technicians via email to remind them to confirm on-site and take corresponding measures in a timely manner.
8. Web Dashboard: The data monitored by the robot can be uploaded to the dashboard in real time, and customers can also remotely issue execution tasks to the robot.
