The KQ-W210 is applicable to airflow pattern photography and video recording in clean workshops and local clean environments.
According to ISO14644-3 and the new GMP requirements for clean workshop acceptance, airflow direction evaluation is required. The KQ-W210 pure water aerosol generator can generate high-concentration water vapor (particle size range: 1-10μm, concentration over 80%) with high visibility and absolute no pollution.
After the water vapor is emitted in the cleanroom, there is no measurable residual substance. The KQ-W210 is widely used in semiconductor and pharmaceutical clean workshops.
