The KQ-3010S HEPA filter counting leak tester is a precision testing instrument independently developed by our company for leak tester of high-efficiency filters in cleanrooms. This instrument adopts the photometer method for leak tester, and verifies whether the filter leaks by introducing aerosol particles and detecting the upstream and downstream concentrations.
The product is applied in leak test verification of filtration systems in pharmaceutical, electronics, biology, and research clean laboratories; leak verification of filters in clean benches, biosafety cabinets, glove boxes, and sterile isolation systems; and leak test verification for filter manufacturers. It complies with the requirements of specifications such as ISO14644-3:2019, JJF1800-2020 Calibration Specification for Aerosol Photometers, JJF1815-2020 Calibration Specification for Class II Biosafety Cabinets, YY0569-2011 Biosafety Cabinets, and GB/T 13554-2020 High-Efficiency Filters.
The KQ-3010S HEPA filter leak tester consists of two instruments: the photometer KQ-3018 and the aerosol generator KQ-6C.
